4. Job Listings and Applications

• Employers and recruiters posting jobs are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of their listings. • PathSwap does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or outcome of job opportunities listed on the Platform.
• Applicants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information provided in their applications.
• PathSwap acts as an intermediary platform only and is not a party to any employment relationship, contract, or offer.

5. Referrals and Rewards

• PathSwap may offer referral programs where users can earn financial rewards.
• Payment of referral fees is subject to eligibility rules, successful verification, and compliance with tax and anti-fraud requirements.
• PathSwap reserves the right to amend or terminate referral programs at any time.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Post or distribute spam, scams, or misleading content.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, PathSwap is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to: o Job applications, interviews, offers, or employment outcomes. o User Content or third-party content on the Platform. o Loss of earnings, opportunities, or data.
• Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (i) the amount paid by you to PathSwap in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (ii) USD $100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PathSwap, its affiliates, and staff from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your:

• Use of the Services.
